ATLANTE, April 4, 2022 /PRNewswire/ — Security Industry Pioneer Mary Parker, CEO of ALL N ONE Security Services, is no stranger to obstacles and unafraid to innovate to overcome them. This forward-thinking CIC (responsible chick) has invested to help revitalize the southwest Atlanta communities by purchasing Junction 2800, formerly known as Campbellton Road Community Center.

The newly named development, Junction 2800, is a mixed-use property equipped with coworking space and will include a technology hub with construction and entrepreneurship programs. The 30,000 square foot property sits on 7.5 acres and is also a verified vaccination site and polling station.

Additionally, Atlanta Mayor Andre Dickens announced at a press conference on Monday, March 28 th that Junction 2800, in conjunction with the Mary Parker Foundation, will serve as one of five newly funded small business incubators as a satellite office of the city’s economic arm through Invest Atlanta as part of its ATLinBusiness program .

the Southwest Atlanta communities needed to be strengthened, especially in light of the overwhelming gentrification occurring in many often forgotten and underserved black communities. Pioneer Mary Parker is the first African-American woman millionaire to implement change in a much-needed and deserving neighborhood.

Parker entered the industry as a security guard for an automotive company largely out of necessity. She was facing a layoff and was offered the opportunity to train for an available position. She excelled masterfully and her expertise was acclaimed in the male-dominated industry.

Breaking the glass ceiling, Parker became the first African-American female director of security in Great Rapids with the automotive leader. With time and in the manner of the pioneers, she took a risk and settled City of Atlanta where she opened the first-ever black woman-owned full-service security company, ALL N ONE.

As the author of a best-selling book titled The chick in charge and founder of the Mary Parker Foundation, Parker says she started the business at her dining room table with three partners — the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. More than two decades later, it has been instrumental in positively impacting many lives and currently employs over 800 team members.

ALL N ONE Security Services is a Atlanta household name with primary markets that include Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport, parking management, security guards, systems integration, traffic control and overall parking enforcement state of georgia.

“Through my struggles, I found opportunities. I wasn’t afraid to walk this road less travelled,” Parker says and credits God and his perseverance for his success.

Parker, an accomplished and award-winning businesswoman, believes she is “blessed to be a blessing” and is therefore determined to be a force for good within her own community. This visionary envisions the next generation of black and brown children as a viable, educated workforce.

Junction 2800 is the seed planted for their growth by establishing a roadmap for success. Through Junction 2800, Parker offers kids’ camps, mentoring, scholarships, back-to-school backpacks, and fun STEAM-related activities. “God blessed me to be a vehicle,” Parker says.

As an ordained minister, Parker knows what it means to reach people’s souls. She is determined to free people from oppression and the negative statistics that are looming. So, through her business acumen and the Mary Parker Foundation, she was given the gift and opportunity to boost morale by empowering individuals.

Paying it forward, Parker believes she has a God-given mandate to offer hope by unlocking the mysteries of finance and business development for underrepresented groups. Commitment, education and entrepreneurship are on the program of this mission.

Junction 2800 was purchased just months before the pandemic shutdown. Not allowing this setback to get in the way of goals, the Mary Parker Foundation was able to offer parents a viable alternative to entertain bored and frustrated locked-in children.

The foundation’s facilitators have successfully hosted livestreaming classes that include a virtual vegetable garden, technology, droning, robotics, financial literacy, and even cooking classes. One of the most appreciated results was a new entrepreneurship program for young people.

Junction 2800 will become a must and will be an integral part of strengthening the entire city of Atlanta. Monthly seminars will be held on hot topics that will impact the neighborhood while keeping them up to date on opportunities for change.

Through his growing leadership academy and coaching, Parker shows future leaders the steps to financial freedom. Its patented FACS program enables budding entrepreneurs to learn the keys to an entrepreneurial spirit. With this comprehensive platform, students can FWarning, Aanalyze, VSomit and create a Sstrategy that will take their business to the next level.

Atlanta philanthropist Mary Parker has come a long way and by no means has completed her divine mission. She has decided that this new journey should not be traveled alone and takes the City of Atlanta communities with it.
